REPIC

REPIC (Renewable Energy, Energy and Resource Efficiency Promotion in International Cooperation) is a joint initiative of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the Federal Office for the Environment and the Federal Office for Energy for the promotion of renewable energy, energy and resource efficiency in international cooperation. REPIC is an interdepartmental platform aiming to transfer Swiss knowledge and technology to develop renewable energy and resource efficiency in developing and transition countries and supports sustainable and innovative projects that address local energy or resource needs in one of these countries.

REPIC Pilot: The project must be in the pre-commercial phase (market-oriented pilot phase, concrete economic or technical proof of concept, no studies).
REPIC Rollout: The project must be in an early commercial phase and has already successfully completed a prototype / pilot phase.

Application Info

The procedure to follow for a request to the REPIC platform is distinguished in two phases. In total, it takes from three to five months until the contract is drawn up.
