The following people are independently entitled to submit an application: Professors, Permanent Lecturers, Assistant Professors (outside a profile area). The beneficiaries have the discretion to share their congress subsidies with other members of the University of St. Gallen.
The administrative processing of HSG conference contributions is now the responsibility of the individual. This means that both the previous application process to the Grants Office by the beneficiaries and the individual checks of the respective expenses by the Grants Office are no longer necessary. In addition, bookings are now possible throughout the entire calendar year without having to take into account the submission deadlines of the Grants Office.
