Open-i yearly offers the Swiss Technology Award. Open-i is the pioneering Swiss innovation community and dialogue platform for the economy and the science sector. Their goal is to bring innovative thinkers and doers together in order to pave the way for cooperation that will secure Switzerland’s leading role as an innovative and successful market. The presentation of the Swiss Technology Award supports and promotes this culture of innovation. Each year, outstanding technology-based innovations and developments from start-ups, universities and technical institutions as well as established businesses are awarded prizes in three categories.
