Type of Possible Scholarship Stays
Visits are eligible under the Programme for the following purposes:
completing full or part-time studies at universities under the supervision of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. Studies may be preceded by a one-year preparatory course of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange.
education at a doctoral school;
research stay, i.e.: a scientific internship, a study visit (i.e. a short study stay), teaching at the host institution, other forms of scientific or academic activity related to the pursuit of studies, lectures, preparation of a doctoral thesis or scientific work, research projects.
Besides the scholarships offered within bilateral agreements, Swiss students and researchers can also apply to other scholarship and fellowship programmes:
• NAWA Programmes (Programmes for scientists / Programmes for foreign students)
• National Science Centre in Poland (NCN)
