Khazar University is the first private University in the South Caucasus that started implementing international education programs with English language as a medium of instruction. Pursuant to its policy and service commitments, the University is proud to announce the Khazar University International Scholarship Program was extended to nationals of all countries without any limitation.
Khazar University announces the Excellence and Merit Scholarships for distinguished international applicants from all over the world who wish to pursue bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral (PhD) degrees at Khazar.
Khazar University Excellence Scholarship. This scholarship covers the full tuition fee of international students, enabling them to study tuition-free at Khazar University. The scholarship does not cover living, travel, and other expenses.
Khazar University Merit Scholarships. These scholarships cover 75%, 50%, or 25% of the tuition fee on a competitive basis.
