Founded by Jorge Paulo Lemann, Marcel Telles and Beto Sicupira in 1991, we are a non-profit organization that invests in the development of high-potential young people who will transform Brazil through work in various sectors. In order to do so, Estudar offers a variety of educational programs in three main areas: Inspiration, Leadership and Career. Through these programs, we support young people in fully developing their individual potential, in their search for the best education in Brazil and abroad, and in accessing compelling career opportunities.
